Makia Lomi Lomi 90 Minute Session
The sacred bodywork known as Lomi Lomi stems from Hawaiian healing practices. There are two main types of Lomi Lomi practice from which others have developed. A familiar type is the style practiced by the great Kahuna faith healers (Kahuna la'au Kehau) who performed this Hawaiian healing massage in the temples across the Hawaiian island chain. Kahuna healers were revered for processing Huna Wisdom, a wisdom imparted during rituals developing young adults into full fledged members of the community.
The other prominent style is " Auntie Margaret's " or " Big Island Massage". Auntie Margaret Machado was a massage expert ( Kahuna Lomi Lomi ) who infused love and aloha into every session. Her disciples continue sharing Margaret's authentic loving touch.
No matter the style, Lomi Lomi combines prayer (pule), chants ( mule), movement and the core essence of aloha.

The Chakra system can be viewed as a " seven-leveled philosophical model of the universe." The seven chakras ( Sanskrit for wheels or disks) are wheels of bio-energetic activity radiating from nerve ganglia ( clusters) that start at the base of the spine and continue on to the crown of the head.
Although the energy of the chakras can be monitored, they have no mass or substance of their own. Each individual chakra does, however have a general location within as well as in front of the body.
Each chakra is connected to an area of human experience. How we feel about these experiences helps to determine how well each chakra functions.

Caribbean Dream massage
Relax and breathe into the session as a combination of kukui, & coconut oil is lightly applied.
Imagine for just one hour that you are on vacation and the beach is just outside the door.
Warm stones and warm towels infused with lime essential oils are also included in this resort style treatment inspired by the Caribbean.
Warmed aloe vera lotion is substituted for individuals with nut allergies.
Crystal Reiki Combo
This 90 minute session begins with the client setting an intention of what they would like to receive or let go of.
A combination of Crystal Reiki, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Caribbean Massage and Angel Therapy make this

Cranial Sacral Therapy
A gentle hands-on approach to bodywork that deals with bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum and underlying structures. Relax into a still point where balance and harmony are found. Reiki can be activated during a short session of CST to relieve tension and headaches.
Swedish Massage Long connective flowing strokes are used in this therapy to increase circulation and assist in balancing the body. Light to firm pressure may be applied during this very sedative and healing massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy A procedure used to treat painful areas of the body that contain knots which form when the muscles do not relax.
Trigger points may irritate the nerves around them and cause referred pain, or pain that is felt in another part of the body. TPT techniques include; pressing and holding the muscles until they release combined with flushing the muscles with connective massage.

Basalt rocks are used to warm muscles and ease the body into relaxation. Your therapist uses a heat transfer method as well as stone placement with a barrier during this massage.
